Hi! I’m Paula, a design leader designing digital products and services.

I work across the full design lifecycle—from discovery and strategy to research and hands-on design. I love digging into complex problems, learning from people, and turning insights into experiences that are thoughtful, useful, and bring joy to people.

I’m driven by a deep curiosity about people and their needs, using design research to uncover insights that lead to meaningful solutions. I enjoy facilitating workshops, identifying business opportunities, and making strategic, research-driven decisions that shape better products and experiences.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work across four countries and with teams at places like Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Amazon, Lowe’s, JPMorgan Chase, The Rockefeller Foundation, IBM, and others. These experiences have shaped how I navigate ambiguity, connect with people, and bring a global perspective to complex, interconnected challenges.
